My God Will...

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.” Daniel 3:16-18

The text above is an incredible depiction of truly standing for one’s convictions. These men faced an assumed imminent death. Yet, they stood strong for their faith. They were faithful when they were put before the king, the were faithful when threatened with death, they stayed faithful as they were walked to the fire and ultimately thrown in.

Trials will come, but how far will you go and stay obedient to God? Will you stand strong in front of others? Will you be faithful when theirs a threat of punishment? Will you be obedient if the punishment could mean death? This shirt declares that one will remain obedient and faithful no matter what is to come.

“I know my God will deliver me, one way or another. If it doesn’t come the way I desire, I will still stay faithful.

“My God will, but if not…”.
